When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Ovi Uslovi se primjenjuju na vaš pristup i korištenje PickorSell usluge koju pruža Pik, Inc. (“Prodajaikupovina”, “mi” i “nas”). Dodatni uslovi (uključujući, ali ne ograničavajući se na uslove usluga društvenih medija, trećih strana za obradu plaćanja i pružaoca usluga trećih strana) mogu se primeniti na određene funkcionalnosti i karakteristike koje se odnose na PickorSell uslugu.

Tačka 1
SAMO KORISNICI KOJI IMAJU TRINAEST (13) GODINA ILI STARIJI MOGU SE REGISTRIRATI ZA ILI KORISTITI USLUGU PiK’a. PiK usluga nije namijenjena, niti je namijenjena za upotrebu od strane bilo koga mlađeg od trinaest (13). Ako imate između trinaest (13) i osamnaest (18), PiK uslugu možete koristiti samo pod nadzorom roditelja ili zakonskog staratelja koji pristaje da bude obavezan ovim Uslovima i svim primjenjivim dodatnim uslovima. Dalje izjavljujete i jamčite da: (a) niste prethodno bili suspendovani ili uklonjeni iz korišćenja usluge Pika; (b) zakonski im je dozvoljeno da žive i žive u BIH USA Srbiji Hrvatskoj Crnoj Gori itd , i (c) mogu sklopiti ovaj ugovor bez kršenja bilo kojeg drugog sporazuma čiji ste strana. Ako se registrujete za korištenje Pika usluge u ime pravnog lica, vi dalje izjavljujete i jamčite da je (i) takvo pravno lice propisno organizirano i valjano postoji prema važećim zakonima u nadležnosti njegove organizacije, i (ii) da su propisno ovlašteni od tog pravnog lica da djeluju u njegovo ime.

2. Registracija računa i sigurnosne odgovornosti

Da biste pristupili određenim dijelovima Pika usluge, od vas će se možda tražiti da kreirate Pik račun („Račun“) ili račun za plaćanje prodavca („Stripe račun“) kod Stripe, Inc. („Stripe“) ili PayPal-a. U vezi sa kreiranjem naloga ili Stripe naloga, morate dati određene informacije (“Podaci o registraciji”) i odgovoriti na sva pitanja ili polja označena kao “obavezno”. Saglasni ste da: (a) pružite istinite, tačne, aktuelne i potpune podatke o registraciji; (b) održavati i ažurirati takve Registracijske podatke kako bi bili istiniti, tačni, aktuelni i potpuni; (c) održavati sigurnost vašeg naloga i Stripe naloga, uključujući održavanje sigurnosti i povjerljivosti vaših akreditiva za prijavu; i (d) pristanak da se dozvoli Pik-u da vas kontaktira u svrhu potvrđivanja nekih ili svih vaših Registracionih podataka, da sprovede istraživanje i da riješi sporove, kako Pik povremeno odluči.

3. Kupovine od drugih korisnika.
   A. Gotovina i druga plaćanja koja određuju korisnici. Kupac može, u dogovoru sa prodavcem, izabrati plaćanje gotovinom, čekom ili drugim načinom plaćanja koji je prihvatio prodavac. Takva plaćanja se vrše direktno između kupca i prodavca kada se lično sastanu da završe transakciju kupovine i prodaje, u skladu sa uslovima koje oni odrede. Pik nije strana u takvim transakcijama i ni na koji način ne omogućava takve transakcije, povrat novca ili vraćanje.
4. Prihvatljiva upotreba
   Kada pristupate ili koristite Pik uslugu, slažete se da nećete prekršiti nijedan zakon, ugovor, intelektualnu svojinu ili druga prava treće strane ili počiniti delikt. Bez ograničavanja općenitosti gore navedenog, slažete se da nećete učiniti, i da nećete dozvoliti trećoj strani da učini bilo šta.
